2017 CBF BENEFIT- "A True Baseball Experience"
Player Contracts
My next project was to enter all player contracts I received this whole summer. All players on each team need a contract in order to play because if the players get hurt then that is their responsibility, not CBF's. If the players do not sign a contract and get hurt, that could fall back on Cleveland Baseball Federation because we should not have let them play with out a contract in the first place.
For confidentiality reason, I can not post the excel sheet because it shows kids full names, address, date of birth, race, phone number, and what school they go to. The teams were T-ball ages 4-7, Rookie League ages 8-12, Little F ages 12-14, Big F ages 14-15, Mickey Mantle ages 15-16, Connie Mack ages 17-19, Girl's Fast pitch ages 15-18. I had to enter all of the players information in this excel sheet and name what Rec Center they were from. Some days were better than others because some days I would have to do at least 100 contracts a day. The final number of contracts entered was 982 athletes in the City of Cleveland.
